For the sake of protecting seafarer's rights, and due to the repeated cases of seafarer's abandonment onboard ships belonging to the following companies:
1. GULF GLORY MARINE SERVICES LLC IMO NO 5198939
2. GLORY MARINE SERVICES LTD IMO NO 5613682
3. OCEAN GLORY OFFSHORE SERVICES IMO NO 5839391
These companies are hereby prohibited from conducting any maritime operations in UAE waters and ports, in addition all ships belonging to those companies are hereby banned from entering or operating in UAE waters and ports.
FTA warn ship agents, shipping companies and seafarers from dealing with the above mentioned companies and their ships listed in the attached annex.
FTA will take all legal measures to deter such companies from conducting any practices that offend seafarers and harm the reputation of UAE.
