Effective 1st Oct 2009, consultants shall submit the under noted documents for obtaining the approval for Site Mobilization & Construction Signboard:
- Appointment letters of Consultant & Contractor
- Copies of valid Trade license of Consultant & Contractor
- Affection / Lease Plan
- General Site Layout
- Details of Hoarding
- Details of Signboard & Calculations As per Trakhees Guidelines & Regulations
- Commercial/Residential/Industrial Modification Works Signboard as per Attachment 1
- Commercial/Residential/Industrial Low & Mid Rise Buildings Signboard as per Attachment 2
- Commercial/Residential/Industrial High Rise & Complex Signboard as per Attachment 3
- All project signboards shall be located within the Developer's Plot boundaries.
- The appointed contractor shall maintain construction signboards on prominent areas and with legible letters during construction period.
