Subject: Raising the percent of passing the brokerage test to 85%
As of April 1, 2015, Brokers will be required to obtain a minimum score of 85% on both the initial licensing and annual renewal exams.
Brokers will have to remain aware of new laws and regulations in order to pass the exam. This will help to increase the quality of service and efficiency in the real estate market.
