Subject: Circular No. 3 of 2024 On Reporting Marketing Calls that Violate the Provisions and Controls of the Telemarketing Regulation
The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) extends its sincere appreciation, and within the framework of SCA's keenness to ensure compliance with the provisions and controls contained in Cabinet Decision No. 56 of 2024 on the regulation of telemarketing and in its endeavour to control violations and practices that occur in violation of the provisions of the aforementioned Decision, the Authority notes that all recipients of marketing phone calls related to securities and commodities trading services in the State can submit reports to the Authority through the following link:
