RERA extend its warmest regards and thank you for your cooperation.
In view of the subject mentioned above, RERA has introduced the smart electronic system "Dubai Brokers" while ago. This service allows the public to access to firms' data and get information about brokers.
This system lists the most active brokers in terms of number of transactions registered in Land Department's system. We have received several notes which indicates that some offices mandated "one" broker to handle all transactions, which lead to taking out the rights of brokers who were involved in the transaction, these practices are unacceptable because it has negative impact on brokers performance, which will lead us to take actions against inactive brokers for their poor performance in real estate market.
RERA's real estate license department calls on all concerned firms to abide by regulations on registration of completed transactions by the involved brokers at Land Department's System.
