Circular No. 2 of 2024 Banning the Vessels DAHAB and HANA 1 from the UAE Ports and Waters

The UAE Maritime Administration has decided to ban the vessels DAHAB and HANA 1 from the UAE ports and waters including the exclusive economic zone (EEZ), as the vessels were found to be involved in irregular activities in UAE waters without obtaining the necessary licenses in violation to the UAE maritime law, Ministerial Decision No. 73 of 2017 and Circular No. 2 of 2018 regarding the conditions for transportation of oil and petroleum products and for providing the UAE local port authorities with the copies of false outward clearances of foreign port.
