Federal Transport Authority Circular No. 2 of 2019 Visiting Yachts Mandatory Registration in the National Advance Information Center

- Port's authorities, and local maritime administrations

All foreign Yachts in all sizes calling UAE, must register in the National Advance Information Center, at least 48 hours' prior arrival to UAE territorial waters, through yacht agent or marinas, at the following link: https://carriers.apiuae.gov.ae/UCP/login.form

In case of emergency call or sudden change of the yacht destination to UAE, during the period of 48 hours' prior arrival, the yacht must inform the agent or the marina immediately, in order to register the yacht in the system.
