Dear Customers,
According to circular No. 4 of 2011 regarding the issuance of Green Building Certificates, and in line with the directives of the Supreme Council of Energy to improve energy consumption, the Planning and Development Department (Trakhees) at the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation announces the adoption of the Technical Evaluation List for obtaining building permits and Green Building Certificates. Additionally, new categories have been introduced in the Trakhees system for Green Building Evaluation, as mentioned below:
- Certified.
- Gold.
- Platinum.
