RERA extends its warmest regards and thanks for your continued support and cooperation.
In reference to the aforementioned subject aimed to support transparency in the real estate market and pursuant to Circular No. 11 of 2016 issued to all the real estate companies mandatin an official permit for all real estate Ads, and following the circulation of the requirements for electronic connectivity between RERA and the real estate property portals which offer real properties for sale and/or lease; RERA announces the end of December 2016 as the Deadline for completing the electronic connectivity process after whichit shall not be allow real estate Ads to be published without a RERA permit number.
