Pursuant to the Circular No. 05 of 2022, banning of the Yacht Babylon registered under the official no: 736443, Flag: Isle of Man This Maritime Administration has taken the appropriate action by referring the individuals involved with the violation to the competent court, and after ensuring that the yacht owner
has adopted strict measures to prevent the recurrence of such violations in future and committed to follow the UAE laws, the Maritime Administration has decided to Lift the ban imposed on the Yacht Babylon and thus, allowing yacht to navigate in UAE waters after obtaining the requested licenses.
