Circular No. 15 of 2018 Updated List of Flag States of Ships Obligated to Be Classified by an IACS Member Classification Society

With reference to FTA Circular No. 12 for the year 2018,  FTA Circular No. 14, for the year 2018 regarding compulsory classification of foreign flagged ships by a classification society member in the "International Association of Classification Societies IACS", based on the correspondence from some of the listed countries on the previous list, and measures taken to raise standards to comply with the requirements of UAE, the list of countries has been updated as per the attached Annex.

This circular will enter into force in the 1st of January 2019.
