Circular No. 14 of 2023 Banning of the Vessel BARAKAALE from the UAE Ports and Waters

The UAE Federal Maritime Administration has decided to ban the vessel BARAKAALE from the UAE ports and waters including the EEZ, for committing the following violations:

1. Anchoring in the UAE waters without obtaining the required approvals from the competent authorities.

2. Switching off the Automatic Identification system (AIS) without appropriate justification to the competent authorities.
