Federal Transport Authority Circular No. 14 of 2020 Banning Ships Belonging to Liwa Petroleum Marketing Establishment For Abandonment of Seafarers

Within the framework of FTA's efforts to protect seafarer's rights and to maintain the reputation of the UAE Maritime sector, and in light of the repeated complaints of Seafarers salaries non-payment cases on onboard ships under the ownership of Liwa Petroleum Marketing Establishment.

FTA has decided to ban the operations of the below listed ships in U.A.E ports and waters until further notice.

TA warn ship agents and seafarers from dealing with above mentioned company.
