With reference to FTA Circular No. 12 for the year 2018 regarding compulsory classification of foreign flagged ships by the approved classification societies, and based on the report received from some flags showing the measures taken to raise the standards matching the international standards and regulations. The list was updated as per the attached Annex.
This circular will enter into force in the 1st of January 2019.
