The Ministry of Finance presents its compliments and,
based on the Cabinet Decision No. 7/186 & F/24 of the year 2015, Session No. 7 dated 21/06/2015 on the Guide on Policies and Procedures for the Leasing of Federal Government Buildings and Properties, and pursuant to the adoption of the Guide, which necessitated the need to update and amend the leasing contracts that are currently in use in line with the new policy and contract terms to preserve the rights and duties of both the lessor (ministry/entity) and the lessee, accordingly, we attach a sample contract for leasing government buildings and properties.
