Basing on the corrective actions taken by the owner of the vessel MSC JOANNA regarding the vessel's violation of carrying non-compliant fuel (High Sulphur) and the undertaking from the owner to abide by the laws and decisions enforced in UAE.
Accordingly, FTA has decided to cancel the Circular No. 5 2020. Thus, the aforementioned ship and her Master could resume work again in UAE waters and ports.
