The UAE Maritime Administration hereby confirm the below listed Protection and Indemnity (P&I) clubs and Marine Insurers approved to issue the blue cards for ships flying the UAE flag, for Bunker Convention (BC), Civil Liability Convention (CLC), Wreck Removal Convention (WRC) and Maritime Labour Convention (MLC):

1. Members of the International Group of P&I Clubs (IG Group)

2. Members of the Association of Commercial P&I Insurers (ACPII P&I)

3. Aurora P&I

4. British Marine P&I

Blue cards issued by local insurers as fronting company after the date of this circular will no longer be accepted.
