In the framework of the organization of the real estate market and to protect the right of all parties, not allowed for the real estate broker to receive any amount on behalf of owner property where the role of the real estate leasing broker is limited to find a tenant, if the contract is signed between the landlord and the tenant then broker have right to get his commission.
Failure to comply may consider a violation of the licensing terms condition and regulation issued by RERA and result in imposing the administrative fine on you in accordance with Dubai Executive board decision No. 25 of 2009.
