As part of the various government departments cooperation aiming to facilitate procedures on clients, kindly note that you can renew your property trade license in Sharjah Economic Department without previous primary approval from SCTDA.
However, it is highly important to renew your property classification certificate issued by SCTDA on yearly basis and update all the necessary information in E-Licensing System. In the event of non-compliance with the above, the authority will take the action it deems appropriate.
The above will be adhered, effective from Wednesday 20 October 2021.
