Subject: Real Estate Announcement Permits
RERA extends its warmest regards and would like to thank you for your cooperation.
In reference to the abovementioned subject, we would like to notify you that we have launched the new e-service related to the real estate permits within Trakheesi System.
Accordingly, all real estate companies and institutions which desire to publish any real estate announcement shall apply for obtaining a permit to do the same through Trakheesi System on the official website www.dubailand.gov.ae.
Real estate announcements not bearing the number of the real estate permit shall be dismissed as of 1/10/2016.
In the event of non-adherence to this circular, the necessary legal procedures shall be taken against the violating companies.
