In the framework of organizing the real estate market and in order to provide the best services to investors, timeshares company's must allocate a dedicated email address for clients. Furthermore, this address must be carried on all timeshare contracts and correspondence.
Failure to comply may consider a violation of the licensing terms condition and regulation issued by RERA and result in imposing the administrative fine on you in accordance with Executive Council Decision No. 25 of 2009.
