Within the framework of the Maritime Administration represented by Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in regulating the operation of national ships and foreign ships in UAE waters in accordance with international conventions, laws, decisions and federal circulars, the Maritime Administration has decided to de-flag the ships mentioned below from UAE flag in accordance with Article 21 of Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2023 on Maritime Law, and ban them under any ownership from UAE ports and waters including the Exclusive Economic Zone for being involved in illegal oil products operations:
