We are pleased to inform you that the Building Control Regulation and Design Guidelines -- 4th edition is now available at Civil Engineering Department Helpdesk. We strongly recommend all Consultants and Contractors undertaking projects in Jebel Ali Free Zone & all Business units of Nakheel to obtain a copy and follow the guidelines which now encompasses commercial, residential, recreational and industrial developments. Understanding and complying with the rules and guidelines would minimize delays and abortive works.

To purchase the book with the copy of the CD: first collect the payment receipt from Civil Engineering Helpdesk then pay AED 200 only, at our Finance Counter, Building JAFZA 14.
