Pursuant to the Circular No. 04 of 2022, banning of the companies - Warm Seas Development and Trading Company LLC and Victoriam Ship Management Company L.L.C, and Circular No. 06 of 2022, termination of employment services with the marine inspector Eng. Mohamed Ashraff Mohamed Ameen, from the Port State Control Department of the UAE Federal Maritime Administration, This Maritime Administration has taken appropriate action by referring the individuals involved with the violation to the Public Prosecution and conducted maritime audit of the activities of the mentioned two companies.
Basing on the audit, it has been verified that the companies have adopted strict measures to prevent the recurrence of such violations in future and has committed to follow the laws of the State, the Maritime Administration has decided the following:
