Within the administrative framework of the UAE Federal Maritime Administration (FMA) represented by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure responsible for regulating and overseeing the maritime transport sector activities in UAE and ensuring that the employees of this sector comply with the laws, resolutions and circulars issued in the UAE for the safety and legality of maritime activities in UAE ports and waters. The FMA has decided the following:
1. Termination of the Employment services with Eng. Mohamed Ashraff Mohamed Ameen from the Department of the Port State Control of the UAE Maritime Administration.
2. Maritime companies and organizations in the UAE are prohibited from dealing with or employing the aforementioned.
