Referring to Circular No. 06 of 2019 issued by the Maritime Administration on 25/07/2019 and after verifying that the vessel has taken necessary corrective measures, Federal Maritime Authority (FMA) of United Arab Emirates represented by Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has decided to lift the ban imposed on the vessel's related to receiving bunker, Crew change, replenishment of supplies and maintenance in UAE waters and ports, however its prohibited from carrying out any loading/discharging operations of cargo as the age of the oil tanker is above 25 years.
