Within the role and the responsibilities of the UAE Maritime Administration represented by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, for monitoring the maritime activities and ensuring full compliance of the Maritime Law, International conventions and Maritime customs in order to safeguard the maritime operations in UAE waters and ports, the Maritime Administration has decided the following:
1. Banning all ships owned, operated or managed by Warm Seas Development and Trading Company L.L.C and Victoriam Ship Management Company L.L.C from operating in UAE waters and ports with Immediate effect.
2. Preventing Warm Seas Development and Trading Company LLC and Victoriam Ship Management Company LLC from providing marine agency services to any ship in UAE.
The above-mentioned action is the consequence of the serious violations from the companies for not abiding by UAE laws, Maritime Conventions, and Maritime Customs.
