MOEI Circular No. 03 of 2022 On the Accreditation and Authorization of the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS)

- Ship Classification Societies accredited in UAE

- Shipping agents

- Drydocks and ships maintenance companies in UAE

Within the framework of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure efforts to regulate and oversight maritime transport activities in UAE, and implement the International Maritime Conventions, including the IMO Recognized Organizations Code issued by the MSC Resolution No. 349 (92) and MEPC Resolution No. 237 (65) as amended for the Authorization of Organizations Acting on Behalf of the Maritime Administration.

The Maritime Administration represented by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in UAE has accredited and authorized the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS) to carry out on its behalf the classification, surveys works and issuance of statutory certificates for UAE ships as of 1/4/2022
