Subject: Third Party Structural Review for Buildings
With effect from August 1st, 2018, CED-Trakhees Circular-52027/2009/sk dated 26-04- 2009 will be superseded by Dubai Municipality Circular No. (226) - Ref. 812/02/02/1/1809794 dated 19-07-2018 regarding the amended procedure of the third party structural review for buildings.
The amended procedure is applicable for new Building Permits applications received in CED-Trakhees effectively from 1st August 2018. All applications submitted before August 1st will be processed according to the old procedure.
