- The Cabinet Decision No. 13 of 2000 concerning the Regulations as to the Functioning of the Securities and Commodities Authority, and amendments thereof;
- The Cabinet Decision No. (14&8) of 2017 concerning the Restructuring the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority;
- The SCA Board of Directors’ Decision No 2 of 2001 concerning the Regulations as to Trading, Clearing, Settlement, Transfer of Ownership and Custody of Securities, and amendments thereof;
