The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SCA

- having reviewed Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 On the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market and its amendments, 

- Cabinet Decision No. 13 of 2000 on the operating system of the Securities and Commodities Authority and its amendments, 

- Cabinet Decision No. 2/51f of 2025 On the Reconstitution of the SCA Board of Directors and 

- SCA Chairman's Decision No. 13/R.M. of 2025 on the amendment of the Rulebook for Financial Activities approved by SCA Chairman's Decision No. 13/R.M. of 2021. (M) for the year 2021 on the Rulebook for Financial Activities and the Mechanisms for Reconciliation and its amendments, 

- and on the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority by passing and as required in the interest of business, 

has decided:

Article 1 - Amend Part I (General Provisions)

Part 1 (General Provisions), Article 17 (Sanctions) of the Financial Activities Rulebook is amended as follows:
