Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA):
- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 Concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market and its amendments,
- Cabinet Decision No. 13 of 2000 on the Working System of the Securities and Commodities Authority and its amendments,
- Cabinet Decision No. 34M/1F of 2022 on the Reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority,
- Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority Decision No. 13/RM of 2021 on the Rulebook for Financial Activities and the Mechanisms for the Harmonisation of Status and its amendments,
- And the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority at its seventeenth meeting of the eighth session held on October 22, 2024,
- Based on what is required in the interest of the business,

has decided:
