- Federal Law No. 11 of 2021 regarding the Regulation and Protection of Industrial Property Rights; and
- In accordance with the proposals of the Minister of Economy, as approved by the Council of Ministers;

The definitions mentioned in Federal Law No. 11 of 2021, referred to, shall apply to this Decision, except for that, the following word shall have the meaning shown unless the context requires otherwise:
Law: The Federal Law No. 11 of 2021 regarding the Regulation and Protection of Industrial Property Rights.
The periods stipulated in this Decision are calculated as follows:
1. If the period is stated in days, the first day of the period shall not be counted.
2. If the last day of the period which is related to industrial property procedures falls on an official holiday, the...
