The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses,
- Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2020 Concerning Economic Substance Requirements,
- Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
Article No. 2 (bis) shall be added to Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2020 referred to, and its text shall be as follows:
Scope of application:
The provisions of this Decision shall apply to the fiscal years starting from 01.01.2019 to the fiscal year ending on 31.12.2022.
1. All administrative fines imposed on the Licensee or the exempt Licensee in accordance with the provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2020 referred to shall be cancelled for the fiscal years ending after 31.12.2022.
