Cabinet:
− Having reviewed the Constitution,
− Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
− Cabinet Decision No. 6/158/24 of 2015 On the Establishment of the Emirates Council for Gender Balance;
− based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Emirates Council for Gender Balance and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Council: The Emirates Council for Gender Balance.
Chairman: Chairman of the Emirates Gender Balance Council.
Vice-Chairman: Vice-Chairman of the Emirates Gender Balance Council.
Secretary-General: Secretary-General of the Council.
