The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 Concerning Entry and Residence of Foreigners,
- Based on Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 Issuing the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 Regarding the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and its amendments,
- Based on what was presented by the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
The following port shall be added to the approved ports mentioned in Article 3 of Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 referred to, as follows:
(c) Land ports

Article No. 77 (bis) shall be added to Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 referred to, and its text shall be as follows:
The provisions contained in Appendix No. 1 attached to this Decision shall apply to the Blue residency visa.
