The Cabinet:

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments,

- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the approval of the The Cabinet,
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the words and phrases contained therein shall have the same meaning as stipulated in Article 1 of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law issued by Federal Decree-Law No. 51 of 2023, and the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
