The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 Establishing the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security,
- Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 Concerning Fees for Services Provided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security and its amendments,
- Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
Clauses (6) and (7) of Table No. 1 attached to Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 Concerning Fees for Services Provided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security shall be amended as follows:
