The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2019 Concerning the Establishment of the National Counseling Center,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2023 Concerning Combating Discrimination, Hatred and Extremism,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrime and its amendments,
- Based on the presentation of the Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court, and the approval of the Cabinet
has decided:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Justice.
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2023 on Combating Discrimination, hatred and Extremism.
Extremism: Any act carried out by one or more persons or groups motivated by ideas, ideologies, values, or principles that may disturb public order, or that m...
