The Cabinet:
Having perused:
- The Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended;
- Cabinet Decision No. 111 of 2022 concerning Regulating Virtual Assets and the Related Service Providers; and
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, as approved by the Cabinet.
Has resolved:
1. The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) shall collect fees for the service of registering virtual asset service providers licensed by the local licensing authority, as specified in the table below next to each service.
