- Cabinet Decision No. 56 of 2021 On Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Education;
- Based on Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2024 On the Adoption of the National Qualifications Framework;
- Based on the presentation by the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Minister: Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
