The Cabinet:
- After reviewing the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 Regulating the Legal Profession and Legal Consultation Profession,
- based on the submission of the Minister of Justice and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
The definitions provided in Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 Regulating the Legal Profession and Legal Consultation Profession shall apply to this Decision, otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 Regulating the Legal Profession and Legal Consultation Profession.
Institute: Judicial Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice.
Training programme: A training plan developed by the competent department in coordination with the Institute to ensure that practitioners of...
