Cabinet Decision No. 59 of 2024 on Replacing the Schedule of Judicial Fees Attached to Federal Law No. 13 of 2016 Concerning Judicial Fees Before Federal Courts

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments,

- Federal Law No. 13 of 2016 Concerning Judicial Fees Before Federal Courts, and its amendments,

- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and upon the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

Article 1

The Schedule of judicial fees accompanying Federal Law No. 13 of 2016 Concerning Judicial Fees Before Federal Courts shall be replaced by the schedule accompanying this Decision.

Article 2 

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from the day following the date of its publication.
