The Cabinet,
- Upon perusal of the constitution,
- The federal law No. 1 of 1972 on functions of the ministries and powers of the ministers, as amended,
- The federal decree law No. 26 of 2019 on the Public Finance,
- The Cabinet’s Decision No. 14 of 1980 on the establishment of the UAE National Commission For Education, Culture & Science, as amended,
- The Cabinet’s Decision No. 7 of 2021 on the organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture & Youth,
- And pursuant to the proposal submitted by the Minister of Culture & Youth, and approval of the Cabinet,
Decides as follows:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings shown opposite each of them unless the context requires otherwise:
The State (UAE): United Arab Emirates.
The Ministry: Ministry Of Culture & Youth.
The Minister: Minister Of Culture & Youth
The National Commission: The UAE National Commission For Education, Culture & Science.
Commission Chairman: Chairman of the National Commission.
