Cabinet:

- Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2025 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 23 of 2024 on Social Support and Empowerment;
- As presented by the Minister of Community Empowerment and approved by the Cabinet.

In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Community Empowerment.
Minister: Minister of Community Empowerment.
Beneficiary: Anyone who meets the eligibility criteria for the inflation allowance in accordance with the provisions of this Decision.
Primary beneficiary: The beneficiary in whose name the inflation allowance is authorised and disbursed in accordance with the provisions of this Decision.
Social Assistance: Financial support provided by local government agencies to individuals and families.
