- Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 concerning the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 concerning Consumer Protection, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2018 concerning the Central Bank and the Regulation of Financial Institutions and Activities, as amended;
- Federal Decree by Law No. 48 of 2023 concerning the Regulation of Insurance Business;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 concerning the Commercial Companies;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning the Personal Data Protection;
