The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2017 On Entrusting the Cabinet with certain Competences; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 26 of 2020 Concerning the National Human Resources Development Fund; and
- Based upon the Cabinet’s approval, decided:
Cabinet Decision No. 26 of 2020 Concerning the National Human Resources Development Fund is hereby abrogated.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of its date of issuance.
