The Cabinet:
- Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on the Violations and Administrative Penalties in the Federal Government;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Illegal Organizations;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance;
- Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019 Concerning the Implementing Regulation of Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Illegal Organizations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 58 of 2020 regulating Beneficial Owner Procedures; and - Based on the proposal made by the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Cabinet,
