- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services,
- and pursuant to the presentation of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context otherwise requires.
TDRA: Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority.
Chairman: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority.
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
Executive Regulation: Cabinet Decision No. 28 of 2023 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
