The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments
- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on copyright and related rights,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of Economy and approved by the Cabinet,
has issued the following Cabinet Decision:
The definitions included in Federal Decree-Law № 38 of 2021 referred to in this Decision shall apply and otherwise the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
